In April 2025, longstanding team members Jim Constantine and Kelly Spear celebrated a joint anniversary.
Jim started his drilling career way back in 1984 as an assistant cable percussion and rotary driller . 20 years later he joined CC Ground Investigations as drilling manager, helping select and purchase the first CCGI rotary rig. He now leads our substantial fleet of rotary, cable percussion and dynamic sampling rigs working on projects across the UK.
Kelly joined CCGI in 2015 as an engineering geologist, quickly becoming a very proficient project manager and taking a lead on railway infrastructure projects. She now co-manages a team of eighteen project managers, engineering geologists and technicians with a particular specialism in major projects.
Jim and Kelly form a integral part of the CCGI team, and we are very lucky to have such great people with us! They apply their professional and technical skills to projects, always with a smile and with time for everyone. Thank you Jim and Kelly!
