RISQS Rail Audit 2020

At CCGI we take great care to work safely.  It is therefore our great pleasure to announce that we have passed our external assessed 2020 RISQS (Rail Industry Supplier Qualification Scheme) audit with no non-conformances, no opportunities for improvement and no observations made on improving our rail management system.  The auditor gave us a clean bill of health. We would like to congratulate and thank Marlize Wood our QHSE Advisor and Alistair Cima QHSE & BD Manager for all their hard work in obtaining this recognition of our approach to safety.

All companies that carry out intrusive work on Network Rail must be registered with RISQS and have their safety management systems audited. Registration with RISQS gets you name on the buyer’s database and the audit assures buyers that you are competent to work on the railways.  You cannot carry out work on the rail network without the audited accreditation.

We were audited against two out of five module, Core and Sentinel, and are registered as being able to carry out two activities – Specialist site services and concrete services.

By holding this accreditation are able to support the key safety messages of Network Rail where

“Safety is at the heart of everything we do” and “Everyone home safe every day”.
